How to request deletion

Office Tower Defence does not have its own account system — there is nothing to sign up for inside the game itself. Your only optional identity in the game is your Google Play Games sign-in, used for achievements, leaderboards, and cloud progress sync.

To request deletion of your account and the data associated with it, email us at info@pioneertechgames.co.za with the subject line "Delete my Office Tower Defence data", from the email address linked to your Google account if possible. Include your in-game display name if you remember it. We'll confirm your request and process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Play Games Services data — your player ID association, gameplay events (stages cleared, achievements, leaderboard scores) tied to your account will be deleted from our records.
  • Purchase history — our record of what was purchased through the Supply Shop, to the extent we hold any beyond what Google Play Billing itself retains.

What isn't affected

  • Your Google Account itself — we can only delete what's associated with your play in this game. Your broader Google Account, and any data Google holds under its own terms (Play Games Services, Play Billing, AdMob), is managed directly through your Google Account settings, not by us.
  • Local, on-device progress — if you're not signed in to Play Games, your progress lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it immediately; there's nothing for us to delete on our end in that case.
  • Records we're required to keep — where applicable, we may retain minimal transaction records as required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, kept only as long as legally necessary.

Advertising ID

If you'd like to reset or opt out of the advertising identifier used for rewarded ads (served via Google AdMob), that's controlled directly from your Android device — Settings → Privacy → Ads — independent of any request made to us.
